I have tried to manage it all on my own and I have created systems and hierarchy that supported my clients and allowed me to work on my business and not in it. I am showing others how to do the same.
ONCE UPON A TIME
I went from corporate to soloprenuer, to an entrepreneur, to a 7 figure earner teaching CEO's how to do the same.
When my career began, I worked as a broker’s assistant to one of the most successful land commercial brokers in Texas. Collin County was the fastest-growing county in the country. During my time at the company, large developments and acreages of land were listed and sold for upwards of $200 million a year. This fast-paced client-facing role gave me the opportunity to learn firsthand about land development, planning/zoning procedures, condemnation hearings, marketing, and branding for high-end commercial and retail projects. This provided me with a deeper understanding of the legal processes of conveying real estate.
This experience created the foundation to move into risk management for a corporate bank and even enabled me to begin my first company: VBS Real Estate. This real estate virtual assistant company grew from a staff of 1 to 13 in just 4 short years, where we assist agents in transaction coordination, listing support, and marketing.
Being a self-professed business book junkie, I now train real estate agents, assistants, and entrepreneurs on the innovative and business-minded strategies that I have learned over the years.
